Our beef is from naturally grass fed, free range angus cattle which graze over "Boraning", our farm which has been bio-dynamic since 1988. 

Bio-dynamic is an enhanced organic method of farming whereby we use biological soil preparations to build soil life and health, and therefor the vitality of the plants and animals which live on it. We also use natural fertilisers and no chemical poisons or artificial fertilisers.

Our beef is grown without hormones, antibiotics, GM inputs, confinement in feedlots, grain feeding or veterinary drugs and chemicals.

Above left to right are our olive oil and olives, and below are our freshly picked pistachios before they have had the outer pink skin removed and been sun dried. 


 


Our farming is independently inspected and certified by the Bio-dynamic Research Institute, to ensure that we meet strict bio-dynamic standards.
Our beef is processed at Dardanup Butchering Company’s abattoir in Dardanup, who are also certified by the Bio-dynamic Research Institute, to ensure that their practices preserve the integrity of our product.

WE FARM USING NATURAL FERTILISERS TO BUILD CLEAN HEALTHY LAND, PLANTS AND ANIMALS. WE USE NO POISONS, NO ARTIFICIAL FERTILISERS, NO GMOS, NO VETERINARY CHEMICALS, NO HORMONES. OUR ANIMALS LIVE IN NATURAL PADDOCKS EATING GRASS – NO LOT FEEDING!


Ways to order

1. Bulk beef

Each bulk order is a share of the entire animal, so each order has a proportionate share of all the cuts, which are rump, t-bone, scotch fillet, (eye) fillet, porterhouse, round, topside, blade, gravy, oyster blade, chuck, roasts and lean mince. Please note there are no sausages included.

Minimum order is 10kg at $30.00 per kg. The meat is presented in approx. 20 individually packaged and labelled trays, each tray containing a 2 person serve. Trays are ready for your fridge and freezer,with weight and the cut specified.

A quarter is approx. 25kg @ $28.50 per kg, packed in approx. 40 - 50 trays.
A half is approx. 50kg @ $27 per kg, packed in approx. 80 - 100 trays.
A whole is approx. 100kg @ $28 per kg, packed in approx. 160 - 200 trays.
These can be conveniently split between two or more people or families should you wish to share. Each tray contains approximately a two person serve. Each bulk order contains a proportionate cross section of cuts off the entire animal, which are rump, t-bone, scotch fillet, (eye) fillet, porterhouse, round, topside, blade, gravy, oyster blade, chuck, roasts and lean mince. Please note there are no sausages included.


2. Bulk Lamb
Each bulk order is a share of the entire animal, so each order has a proportionate share of all the cuts, which are loin chops, cutlets, roasts, shanks, ribs, neck chops etc.
A Whole Lamb/Hogget is approx. 18kg @ $25.00 per kg


3. Specific cuts. The following cuts are available from our farm shop (please call (08) 9885 1181 to book a visit to the shop) at "Boraning", 17 kms west of Williams on the Pinjarra Rd (see Contact & Directions), or can be ordered from us, with a minimum delivery order of $150 in meat and/or other products (see our Shop & Teahouse page) which we can deliver by arrangement. The meat is stored frozen in trays, each labelled as above. 


Delivery charge = $30 (Minimum order to metro areas is 10kgs of mixed beef or half a lamb/hogget)

Customers can collect from our shop and cafe, or we can deliver bulk orders by arrangement. Payment is cash on collection or delivery.
